The apartment is just 100m from the Clotes ski lift, which takes you to the Via Lattea ski area, with its 420km of ski slopes.

La Dolce Vita can be found 100m away in the car-free center with numerous nice restaurants, trattorias, pizzerias, shops and bancones (bar) for that tasty aperitivo or an aprés-ski party. There you will also find a few supermarkets, some excellent delicatessens, bakeries, pasticcerias, gelateria, ...

There you also find several shops for renting of sportsmaterial and maintenance and these shops equally offer a wide range of sportsgear for all seasons and purposes (Ski-snowboard-hiking-walking-mountainbiking-...).

At 600m there is a large Carrefour, a gas station and the tourism office.

Despite its proximity to the center, the apartment is very quietly located.
